There will not be any advantage to 7.5" vs 7.0"
I think that all Saab 17" wheels are 7"
Wider rims tend to make the wheel more exposed to curb rash.
A pressure cast wheel will tend to have less voids than gravity cast wheels, less surface defect and less parts scrapped for flaws. And a pressure cast will will tend to fill a mold with thinner sections better than gravity cast. But strength depends on alloy and we know little about what they use. Shot peening will increase the strength of the wheel, but not stiffness. A lighter wheel will not be stronger, everything else being equal.
