The Service Manager looked up the VIN in their warranty system, but that only includes warranty repairs and nothing about actual scheduled service. The only detailed info they could provide was on what they'd done at that dealership after they bought the car at auction. The manager wouldn't show me the warranty report, but said the car really hadn't had much of anything done. Seemed a bit squirrley at the time and I'm inferring from that that I'm still on the original DI. The guy honestly seemed genuninely suprised I'd ask for something like that... guess the other Saab owners in town aren't as proactive about protecting their investments.

Getting a key programmed today so I might try to get a hard copy again while I'm in there. Need to check on a software update, but that's another story.
