They're both steals, comparable values. Book values are approx $2,500 apart too. Nothing wrong with a 1999 SE Vert. Doesn't have the nicer lower bodywork of the 2000, and the lower output isn't that big of a deal IMO. Which is the nicer car?
Likely the 60 day warranty is dealer backed, powertrain only and probably has a small deductible. So get the car inspected and note what needs doing and get it in writing on the "Due Bill" or "We Owe" for anything not done at contract signing.
"car actually comes in tonight off lease" Are they doing anything at all like a normal reconditioning process, brakes, tires, safety, service and misc., or are they just passing through the car to you? At those prices, steals IMO, I wouldn't expect either car to have been gone through, that is properly inspected and serviced.
