with 63K it's gotta be the shocks, my viggens shocks were bouncing like crazy at 50K & now at 68K it's horrible, I just don't have the funds to upgrade :(
If the car is bouncing the rear swaybar wouldn't help
You have a few options for suspension & it somewhat depends on what you want out of the car. If you want a slightly firmer ride & want the same rideheigth you could just add a set of koni's, bilstein's or a similar shock. Eibach also has shocks available which are a few hundred less then the koni's & will have a softer ride then the koni's & bilsteins have.
If you want a BIG improvement in handling then I would consider a set of springs & shocks possibly as a kit. Eibach has their kit & koni just released their kit. I plan on going with the koni kit when I finally have the funds which would drop your car 35-40mm.
it really depends on what you want from your car & the $$$ you are willing to spend
& like ckpaden says, if you do not have their vrk it's DEFINANTLY something you should consider. Drastically improves the way the car feels!!! If you go with aftermarket springs I am not sure if the rear swaybar is necessary however if you plan on keeping your existing springs I would strongly consider a aftermarket rear bar.
