Possibly but not guaranteed. If you can make the clunk by shaking or bouncing the front of the car, then go around & pinpoint it's location. There's at least 6 things on each side that can POSSIBLY be loose & cause it.
You can grab the inner tie rods (center of the steering rack) & try to shake them. There's not supposed to be any looseness. Outer tie rods are harder to reach, you can steer full-lock & get your hand on one at a time. Same deal, try to shake it & it shouldn't be loose.
Most of the other stuff you have to lift the front of the car. Make sure it's supported real solid before you crawl under & start shaking things...
