You've had a new transmission mount, so I imagine your suspension bushings have been inspected. The lower control arms & most other stuff is fastened thru rubber bushings. Loose, torn, crooked, I don't know how else they can mess up...

It's hard to imagine anything else. Especially from here, I can't even SEE your car (hehe). Upper strut mounts; ball joints (at the bottom of each strut); tie rods; steering rack. That's pretty much everything that holds the front wheels in place.

Just another dumb idea... They've checked the top mounting point of the struts, right? But when the car is up on a rack, the spring is extended & the strut is all the way out to the limit of it's travel. The spring is holding it in tension, maybe keeping you from noticing a messed-up strut?

Leave the car down on it's wheels. Grab the top of a front tire (12 o'clock) & try to push/pull it in & out. Be as violent as you can, you don't have enough strength to match what that sees during a fast curve. If you detect any looseness, then you get to the tricky part. When the wheel's off, you see the shaft of the strut coming out of the top of the strut (inside the spring). If it's loose at that point, it's only loose when the car's down on it's wheels. There's a big nut on top of the strut, could that be loose? Otherwise a bad strut?

You've beat yourself up over the front suspension. If you've got a loose bushing, or something coming apart at the rear suspension, it'll mess up your steering, too. Don't forget to check that out.
