It's important to seperate where the goo is located.
If the very bottom part of the dipstick (where oil level is checked) is all covered with that goo after repeated tests, than you probably have coolant mixed with the oil.
But if the goo is found higher up on the dipstick like it had been clinging to the sides of the black plastic tube and that the dip stick caught it while you pulled it out, then it might just be moisture from short trips and many cold starts.
And are you sure it is just not the normal color (amber/yellow) of engine oil that you see?
