Well, the problem with drilling is that the threads are not in the rotor, but the backing plate behind the rotor. I have seen the backing plate online and it's actually the bearing assembly for the wheel. About 95 dollars are eeuroparts.com. Honestly, I'm not going to get into that.
The links that PMI suggested are very good I have to say, and all of the links have said to soak the screw for much much longer than I have. I have to say tho, I'm jealous of PMI's rotors, they're rust free! Mine make the ones in canucks link look brand new in terms of rust tho.
I'll soak some more and get back in a couple of days if that doesn't work I guess.
