303 Products High Tech Fabric Guard really works.
I recently purchased a 1999 Saab 9-3 Convertible. I discovered that after a hard rain the convertible top handle would literaly pour out water onto the center console. There were also small water leaks on both rear windows. The top is in excellent condition. The seals were all water tight. Needless to say, I was upset.
Upon reading this post, I purchased 303 Product Fabric Guard Water Repellent. Currently on sale at http://www.303product.com website, you can alos find it at boating supply stores.
It worked for me and I have not had a leak since. I even doused every possible entry point with a garden hose and the interior remained dry. It is worth a try if you are having problems with a leaky convertible roof.
