First, listen to Anders (Swedecar). The first thing to do is retorque the head bolts. Best to use new bolts. The bolts are available from a couple of Saab parts sites. Torquing instructions are available in the service information library at genuniesaab.com (they have the bolts too). If you have a torque wrench and torx bits in the garage you can do it yourself, if not find a Saab indy mechanic and have them do it. Now that you are out of warranty you should fine one anyway (they probably have a supply of the new bolts too, Anders does).
If that doesn't work, then you will need to invest in a new head gasket or other work but as there is a cheap fix with a high probability of success, you should go for that first.
