As to mechanic in Kansas City, there is a listing of Saab mechanics on this site. Go to the bottom of the page and click on "mechanics." There are a couple listed for Kansas City. As to the head bolts and your local mechanic: this is not a job that requires a model specific mechanic. The guy you usually use can do this. If you want it done right (new bolts, not just a retorque), you should get the new bolts to take to him along with a copy the page from genuinesaab.com with the torquing instructions. If you go to one of the Saab indies, they should have the bolts and of course know how to torque them.
