As stated before, I only changed out my front struts but the rear shocks are still the old ones. The rear ones are Konis and are still good. Remember that Konis are adjustable. I had forgotten and they were still set to 1/2 stiff which is much stiffer than the front struts.
What I think it was doing was pumping down the rear of the car because the stock springs are not stiff enough to handle 1/2 stiff on the Konis. One might not notice this if all 4 wheels had Konis but they are only on the rear now. The only support for this theory is that the section of highway is rather bumpy. I set the rear shocks to soft and will try again soon.
I am sad to say that I may have to replace my rear Konis with the same as what is on the front of my car. I would rather keep the Konis but I feel that it may be in my best interest to have a match all around.
