There's no such thing as normal clutch wear. Right hill, wrong gear, you can fry a clutch in just seconds. Odds are that somebody ruined the clutch before you got the car and you've been nursing a bad clutch. Clutches that are basically shot can be nursed for years until they totally fail. Our 900S clutch always felt funny, lasted from 90k purchase until 145k failure.
Heater cores are a b__ch, could fail soon, could last forever. Don't fix it until you have to.
As for the rest, pretty common stuff, for all makes. Don't bet a BMW is more reliable or cheaper to fix.
