It is not possible to know anything about the parasitic current drain in your particular car from your post. However, is is not the case that the rest of the folks who have bought 9-3s have their batteries regularly drained in two days,if ever, or anything remotely close to that kind of time period. Page 202 of the 2001 9-3 owners manual states that a car with "standard equipment" and a fully charged battery can be left for 40 days and still have enough energy to start the vehicle. It then states that if "extra equipment", such as a mobile phone, is fitted, then the time may be reduced to 15 days.
Since OEM radios are always stock on any Saab, one would think the answer to your question lies elsewhere. You are stating to us that your battery drains quickly, right?
One might ask what is on your vehicle that is not stock and which might lead to an answer. The age and condition of the battery or charging system may be an issue.
Or, as some claim doctors are told in training, when you hear hoofbeats, think of horses not zebras.
