The fault code indicates lock up solenoid shorted to ground.
They usually fail as hotter the transmission gets.
The different shift solenoids can go bad sometimes even though it doesn't happen often and when they do, it is really dificult to fault trace and find the problem.
The solenoid is a electro magnetic on/off switch where it opens and closes for oil pressure in certain ways.
This solenoid is for the lock up function of torque converter which can be difficult to feel since it only happens in higher speeds and a very subtle feeling.
Most people don't even feel the little clunk/jerk/sensation when it happens.
It's certainly not as strong as a regular shift from one gear to another.
It is only a fuel economy feature so if you don't have any other problems with the transmission it all comes down to how much money you feel like spending on the problem.
If you want to take a chance and go in and replace the SL solenoid it would probably cost around $600.00 parts and labor. It is mounted on the valve body.
