Maybe it's a generational thing. You just have to have the perfect thing for any task. You go hunting twice a year so you have to have a Hummer, you tow a boat twice a year so you just have to have a crew cab duelly with a deisel. You have a kid or two and you have to seating for 8 people. For a while when our two kids were small our only car was a Triumph TR4 and we got everywhere we needed to go. We sold it and bought a used '65 Mustang and thought we were in heaven space wise. I mean we had a real back seat and a working heater, some how it was enough. I mean pull the hatch cover and let the dog ride in the back. It's an aparently alien concept called "making due with what you have." Sorry for the rant.
