Thanks all... Took pass side apart. Hub surface looked better than I thought it would. Turned off TCS and idled it in 2nd. Didn't have a dial ind. so I used a thin 6" ruler on a jack stand. Looked good so I "surfaced" the hub with a piece of ground flat stock and some emery paper. I found those corroded areas were LOW, not high. The outer edge "surfaced" clean and seemed good. Then mounted the rotor and did the same thing. Took the rotor off and checked for flat with a straight edge. Put it back together and it's much better but I still have that rythmic thump while on the brakes but it's less severe.
I got the rotors from International Auto and they supply many parts to the local Saab dealer. I am a little worried about the rotors being the culpret.. Thanks again, C.
