99 has less miles, but has a small oil leak at the block tranny interface. Rear Main seal, I assume.
The 00, as 22K more miles but has been serviced by an old Saab indie. They have replace the clutch, rear main seal, dropped the pan and no sludge and it ahs PCV 6 installed.
All in all the 2000 has a better history, but would the sludge factor and lower mileage sway you one way or the other? Also, they want 2k more for the 99.
