I think I posted in your last thread that I'm having some similar problems with a 9-3 I bought in December. My symptoms are slightly different, but the car likewise runs fine once it warms up. My TB was spotless when I went to clean it. I recently replaced the smaller-diameter vacuum hoses, as they were pretty deteriorated, but it made no difference. New possibilities I've decided I need to look at are the coolant temperature sensor, oxygen sensors, purge valve (cleaned it and checked the solenoid, but didn't test for leakage) and possibly also the FPR. Some have said the TB could still be acting up even if it's clean, but then I would expect to have problems when warm too.
Don't know where in NEPA you are, but Eurotech Auto Repairs in Wilkes-Barre are an excellent Saab indy ($65/hr labor rate). I took my previous 9-3 there for some routine service as well as a major repair, and was impressed with their honesty and attention to detail. I'm trying to go the DIY route with this car, but if I absolutely can't figure it out, I would feel confident taking it to them for troubleshooting.
