Assuming you have the hand brake off WIS mentions something of a hand brake adjuster that you might need to slacken. Shows it should be accessible with the rotor on the car still.
Other then that assuming you have the rotor set screw out it should come off. Might need to muscle it off if the back of the rotor face rusted to the hub.
