that needs to be addressed or at least informed to all Saabs with the new PCV 6.

I had the same problem right after install. At first I didn't know engine was now losing more oil, and was trying to find the source of ticking noise from engine. Then on one hard corner, engine oil light came on and when I checked, oil didn't register at all. After pouring in 1qt, the level was at half, which is where it should be. And then guess what, the ticking noise completely gone away.

While reading about other people's experiences at this and 9-5 boards, a lot of people noticed this as well after PCV6. There's definitely something going on here. Loss is not fast enough to make it a serious problem yet, but all people who do PCV6 needs to be informed about this, especially Viggen and Aero angines. One Aero owner at 9-5 board recently was complaining the ticking noise and while a lot of people guessed other possibility, I shared my experience. But, I found the thread several days after the discussion had ended. I posted my story anyway. Not long after (a few weeks i think) his Aero engine was killed by low oil level and had to be replaced. I am not sure he read my late post. I'm pretty sure keeping an close eye on the oil level could have prevented it.

So far *many* people reported this on 9-5 board. All PCV6 installers should be notified about this problem and be ready to inspect oil level and keep it at a safe level.
