Most clamps have a tendacy to rust and a PITA to remove. I cut them off with a grinder and then install the new pipe with new clamps. You don't want to have the rusted bolt break off and not be able to put the car back together. This is an easy job, if you have some push the tailpipe from the rear of the car forward then it makes it a little easier to tighten things up without the pipe coming undone or sagging. Eeuroparts.com (Site Sponsor) has all the parts and free shipping usally very fast. You want to put the car on jack stand or ramps to get under the car.
