Steven is right. I bought my last one (for a 96 900S) through a storefront on Amazon, (Or try partsgeek.com.) of all places. It was less then $70. For that year of car, all things being equal, you should be able to reuse the clamps that are on the pipes.
Shouldn't take longer than an hour. The Saab exhaust system, to me, has got to be the easiest to work on. At first I thought the clamps were odd but it makes taking a section out and installing a new one soooooo much quicker. Just unclamp and then it probably needs a hammer bang or two to break them apart.
Since the parts are particular to that year and model you shouldn't have a problem looking it up online from a dealer. It isn't welded to the cat so you shouldn't have to worry about that. Now the flex pipe BEFORE the cat...that is another story.
