Stanchion Arm bushings and more

So over the summer I did some front end work on my '99 9-3 (SE 5 door) and Now I'm running into some problems. The work I did: replaced control arm bushings with poly from GS, poly ARB bushings, new cv joint boot on passengers side along with inner driver and tripod bearing, replaced drivers side stanchion arm, drives side control arm, and new ball joint boots/grease.
At first I just did the control arms, bushings, stanchion arm, ball joint boots, cv joint boot with tripod bearing. It drove really well (a side from the vibration under load from worn inner driver). After a week or so, I got around to replacing the inner driver and since then I get a grinding type sound when cornering slightly hard to the left. The harder I corner the more it grinds. I feel like it is the sound of the tripod bearing grinding into the inner drivers cup.
This brings me to my question. When I went back to do the inner driver, the stanchion arm bushing got a little more messed as it was already pretty worn. Could having a bad stanchion arm bushing cause the symptoms I am describing or did I do something else wrong on the reinstallation of the new inner driver?
If the consensus is a bad stanchion arm bushing, could anyone verify that PFF66-303 from powerflex would be the correct part for my vehicle. I was also reading on the platonoff site about needing to replace the spring sleeves as well. What is the function of these spring sleeves?
thanks and enjoy that turkey,
Adam
