Have you actually started the car yet? Does the starter attempt to crank or does it just act completely dead?
One time my '01 refused to start while I was out shopping, and when I popped the hood to investigate, I got a similar continuous clicking sound coming from the Low Beam relay. I figured the relay must have failed and drained the battery. As I prepared to ask someone for a jump, I noticed one of the battery terminals was loose, so I tightened it up with a wrench I had in the trunk. Lo and behold, the clicking went away and the car started right up, so you may want to check for a poor connection and put some dielectric grease on the battery posts before making sure they're nice and tight.
Coincidentally, my battery was almost dead this morning (after not being driven since Saturday, with temps below 20F in PA) and it took me a while to jump it using my girlfriend's car...possibly because I had to first start her car in order to move it closer. That wasn't fun, but I think it's the last nail in the coffin for my almost-four-year-old Interstate battery. I'm surprised that yours is running down at only a year old, so maybe there's a chance it wasn't being charged sufficiently due to a poor connection.
