I took a closer look at my belt today, and of course you are right.
There is no middle idler pulley in there.
Yes, I plan to keep the original size belt as I still continue to use the AC.
How would you be able to tell if the tensioner is worn? mine doesn't wobble or move around with the engine on, and the pulley still looks new ..
If I understand you correctly, then you only replace the upper idler pulley , and if the tensioner and tensioner pulley look fine, then you don't replace these...
What brand is the OEM belt? it looks pretty good to me still after almost 10 years , but of course with low mileage....
