2q/min is a huge amount of oil passing into the exhaust. If that amount comes from one of the cylinders it should be wet all inside that cylinder and plug fouled.
If you remove header pipe you should be able to see if the turbo seal is leaking that badly.
Is it an automatic?
I seem to have read somewhere recently about the brake booster vacuum pump doing something weird allowing motor oil into the intake manifold.
Can't remember where I read it though.
Try to remove brake booster pipe and plug the intake nipple if auto.
