I agree with jimmy. Check that vacuum booster. Pop the vacuum line out of the booster and stick your finger in. Could be full of oil. My vacuum pump started to fail and began sucking oil out of the head (where the pump attaches to the head) and then pushed the oil up to the brake booster via the vacuum line. My symptoms were the same as yours.
If this is the case, your booster is likely done because evacuating all the oil is nearly impossible.
