It made noise when rolling car on flat floor into a 2x4 piece of wood on one front wheel. The ProParts rear bushings were shot. Also the lower rear subframe bolt hole tends to elongate on high mileage cars (link). Downpipe/cat might be hitting subframe tunnel when letting off clutch pedal too fast.
