My question: is it weather related only or useage/time and weather related? My car is a '95 but I get the impression that it is happening to newer vehicles too. So I'm thinking, is it going to happen again? If so, when and what kind of preventative maintenance should I perform. Do I need to change the pulley yearly? This isn't the first time the car has seen temps in the single digits.
If it is a design/manufacturing problem have the suppliers fixed their problem?
I guess only time will tell.
