Saabs really don't have torque steer per se, but the pulling is more of the result of "sticky" performance tires and suspension gripping the road. And most roads have a crown and ruts in them. The car will follow these-- especially when under acceleration. Your right pull could be due to the crown in the road. (most vehicles will sort of naturally pull to the right because of this.) Or, it might be an alignment or worn suspension part issue.
And get ready to replace or have straightened alloy rims on a regular basis. With low profile tires, there's not a whole lot of cushion between potholes and the rim. The best thing you can do besides be careful is to maintain your tire pressures-- maybe a little to the high side.
Never had any issues with Saab brakes, with the exception of initial fade when driving for a sustained period of time on the highway in the rain. That takes getting used to.
