You will find material on the sports exhaust, throttle body transision casting, turbo compressor discharge silencer, air box, K&N 33-2663 replacement filter element.

You can increase boost for $35 US delivered with a MBC (manual boost controller), or get a more potent and refined ECU modification for $500 to $800 US.

Use good quality synthetic, good oil filters, Techron Conentrate every 8000 miles or 3x's per year. Use NGK BCPR6ES11's gapped to .038".

You will find info spread out over the ng900, 9-3 and performance BB's. The performance BB has lots of posts that are for the C900 technology. Interesting reading but much of which does not have any application to the NG900's.

Turbo performance mods have one objective, to get more air and fuel into the combustion chamber. This requires increasing boost pressure and keeping the temperatures down. Compressing the air creates heat and lowers charge air density at any given level of boost. Pressure drops create heat, so you will see many topics about lowering flow restrictions, but perhaps not with those stated objectives, and you will see references to cold air induction and a few about isulating parts of the induction system to reduce heat transfer from the engine bay environment into the charge air.

Reduced temperatures also translate to knock avoidance.

None of the mods that you will find are unsafe for the engine or drive train. This does not mean that there have not been heated debates about such thing and minor flame wars. :)
