Same exact thing happened to me. I just pushed the bumper back in and it looked fine. Took it to the shop and they had to replace a bunch of stuff inside (mountings brackets and the bumper itself). Service Manager told me it was design to do this exact thing. Take it in, it will be money well spent should this happen again.
