Trollspeed sells Maptun and SQR parts. SRQ makes the Swedish Saab Clubs race car. In terms of quality SQR and Maptun is consider the best. The advantage that SQR has over Maptun is that they will allow for your input in programming the ECU. An example of this is at what setting would you like first gear? 10psi or up to 15+psi. In terms of price SQR is $450 can remember what Maptun is but I'm sure it's higher then this price if your going through Troll Tun for you Maptun stuff. Again I would consider SQR in with your other ECU companies. (http://www.SRQ.nu)
In terms of your VRK it may not be needed depending on what ECU or MBC you get. Unlike the Abbott ECU Maptun and SQR ECU's give you more top end power then lower end like Abbott. This creates less torque steer and a more friendly driving experiance without the need of the VRK. If you buy a MBC or Abbott ECU then the VRK is a must but if you go with one of these swedish tuners you may just be spending you money foolishly.
In term of Koni's they are very good shock but in my looking up prices on them have found that the KYB's are $159 and the Koni's $570. I also have not heard of anyone using the KYB's on their ng900 just on the c900. I may buy this shocks just to see how they preform at this price they are hard to pass up.
Good luck with your search and hopefully I have add some input that you could use.
