I took my 91 9000 to Scandiatek a couple of times for some help investigating a hesitation problem I couldn't find. They were OK, but didn't put back some parts (2 plastic covers) which they had removed and a couple parts they did put back on, they did so by only installing every other bolt!
When I went back they tried to tell me that I took them off myself and then after I waited in the front area of their shop for 30 minutes, they came out of the back with the parts and the bolts off my car and just said "sorry" like it was no big deal.
Plus they charged me over $1500 in repairs which did not fix the problem. Needless to say it was a difficult problem, but I have questions about the competence of a shop who can't even put back all 4 DI cassette bolts, and leaves other parts off to keep for themselves.
There are many options for independent Saab service in Denver. In my opinion/experience Mile High is the best in town....and has been in Saabs the longest.
Mark creates a very professional facade for their shop, but I question if this level of competence and professionalism goes on behind that nice waiting area.
Just my $0.02.
