I experienced this sort of service quality from Mile High last fall. They left off a transmission cover, returned my car out of alignment, drained my synth trans fluid and filled it with dino (gosh we never use that stuff!), and when I picked up my car the computer and radio didn't work and the shift linkage wasn't right (worked fine when I dropped it off). Plus the service advisor flat out lied to me.
As for Scandiatek, when I called to get a rough estimate on my rear seal I was told that they preferred to not work on cars if the owner participated in its maintenance!
I have never had a problem with Shaw, their parts folk are great and I have been able to talk to the service techs. Given the VERY minor difference in cost I'll probably return to the dealer. They also seem to understand that customer satisfaction IS important.
