If you have a 94-96 900 manual trans. This will fix the problem, for a short term fix - get the bushing, longer term? - get the upgraded shifter. There are many good posts on this, including (being modest) mine. Look above this message when you read this and click "more from Bill H. or do a search if you want. In either case, it wont break the bank, it really depends how long you want to keep the car.
