shifter linkage fix.
If you have no problems shifting to all the other gears, the problem lays in the reverse shifter fork and syncro rings.
It's time for a new trans or rebuild the one you have.
If it is a 94-96 I don't even know if they are rebuildable, someone else may know. They have come out with a lot of up dates through the years.
