Hey, Jay!
I just bit the bullet and bought Bilstein Heavy Duty dampers for my 1997 Saab 900S 2.3 litre. After lots of reading up it seems that Bilsteins, while not adjustable as Koni's, do alot to improve the handling performance of the car, even with standard springs (like mine).
This is the first car I've ever customised - I suspect that I will be shopping for sway bars or even new springs in the near future, once I understand how quickly (and easily) one can turn the lardy Saab into a slot car!
I will let the group know what happens when I get the Bilsteins fitted.
BTW, I have simply purchased the Bilsteins over the internet - - - do I need to buy anything else (mounts, bushings?) in order to fit the Bilsteins?
David
