In which case you might have a hole somewhere in your radiator or water cooling system.
One of the cheeky tricks that I have seen, is to break a raw egg into the radiator bottle. This wworks it's way through the system and eventually ends up blocking the hole that is causing a leak in the system. Other stuff have also been known to do the same trick.
If you have been hit by this scam, get the radiator system checked out for leaks. There is a pump contraption that is used to put the radiator under pressure and check for leaks.
Let's hope that it is something else....
