Since you have no signs of a leak in the head gasket, not sure what else the problem may be. You can try an oil stop leak and see if you just have a minor leak. Then see if the problem gets worse. The concentration of emulsfied oil should increase if you don't change out the anitfreeze. Eventually the antifreeze should start to look milky.
