Hot and powerless. nm

Hey Guys,
It's 30-32 Degrees (Celsius) here in Montreal (that's a lot by our standards) and I experience loss of power after driving the car for some time. If I turn the A/C on, the car becomes a dog. I guess this is normal that when the temp. is hotter, it's harder to cool the air in the IC, so therefore, the power drop.
Do you guys experience the same problem ?
I guess the best fix would be the Viggen IC. Is there anything else that could be done. N/A cars do not loss that much power under hot temperature, but turbo cars do. I guess that this is a big loss on the turbo system, other than the lag. Not many people care about altitude constant power in turbo cars, but would rather have a compensation for the power loss in hot wheather.
The worst thing is that I have a convertible :) and do not get to enjoy the power when it's hot outside.
