I recently got in a car accident with my 97 900SE and I also have USAA. I was rearended by a camaro while I was a complete stop. I saw the guy coming and there was nothing I could do (he was going @ least 30mph and I hd someone in front of me).

My experience with USAA was that wehn I explained the situation to USAA, the Rep. got info from the other person as well as me. As you could imagine the otehr person lied and USAA offered to go to court if necessary. My brother was broad sided by a delta 88 in a 88 900T and that person lied as well, USAA was his carrier and paid for the car repairs. The car was within $600 of its book value of being totalled and they took care of it and then sued the other company. I took the car after the repairs and it is still running as good as ever (180K). They DEFINATELY stand by there client and will go to court on your behalf. I would suggest looking into gettting an appraisal on the car and keep in close touch with your Claim representative. I am 24 so we are not that far in age difference and they stood 100% behind me.
