USAA is my insurance, which is a very good company, but I have little optimism about it all. I am going to return to the accident scene tommorrow at the same time and ask any of the locals if they wittnessed the accident. There was plenty of traffic, but no one bothered to stop and speak to the officer on scene. The other hope is that I have driven the same road, everyday for 2 years back and forth to work without incident. Yesterday was the first day a new light was put in, I was traveling the direction that would ALWAYS stop. I remember thinking it was odd to not stop for once at the intersection, since I had a green. The woman was traveling down a hill in the perpindicular direction that would ALWAYS go, without stopping. Yesterday would have been the first day that she would have to stop there, since she had a red light (obviously she didn't stop though). I'm not really sure where to go from here. I will do my best to fight this, but without much expierence in the matter, I will certainly appreciate any and all advice.

PS And yes my next car will be a SAAB, I couldn't believe it when my mangeld hunk of beautiful SAAB could drive all the way home and her Durango had to get towed away (It was trashed)! You should have seen that Woman's face when I started her up and drove home! It drives well too!
Thanks guys ~ Nick
