The days I did notice this problem were warm days. It was 33Degres C yesterday afternoon when it shuttered. This morning it was 15Degeres C and it did not do it. Of course I only attempted this in 5th gear today on the expressway so I don't know what it would have done in 3rd or 4th.
I also only did one thing last night: removed the DI cassette and put back. This time I moderately tightened the four screws (read that over tightening is not good on this BB). I don't think they were over tightened but what the heck, it's worth a try. I also unplugged the connector and reconnected it about 3 times to make sure there was good electrical contact in the pins.
I will update again, I will try 3rd and 4th gears accelerations tomorrow morning as it should be cool again.
