These screws get loose from heat expansion movement*, and the threads in the aluminum seem quite loose or perhaps ooversized. If you try to make them so tight that they will not come loose, there is a risk of messing up the valve cover casting. So I suggest using some loctite blue and making them moderately tight. The screws will not go loose and be lost and the DI will be free to move with the heat, that cannot be stopped. The tightness will have no impact on how the DI works.

*yes, same material and same coeficient of expansion, but aluminum expands quite a bit and there are different rates of heating as the engine warms up. So its transient differential heating.
