Are you using the same gas as when you installed?
My guess is a small leak that manifests itself when the car is cold, and gradually diminishes when the car (and hoses) heat up. I used the Dawes supplied hose for attachment to the wastegate and the OEM hose (with 1" clipped off for a more secure fit) from the turbo to the Dawes Device. Secured all with the little tie wraps. Looped the hose formerly from the wastegate to seal off Control Valve. If you could get by without coupling additional hoses in line you will lessen the chance for leaks. While you are at it, better take a good close look at those OEM hoses - all three of mine had places they were nearly worn through.
Mine boosts half way into red in all gears at about 10 turns from the way it came setup from Dawes. This is about 1/4 turn away from fuel cutoff, which I had the misfortune of finding with a hot cup of coffee in my aftermarket cupholder.
