Airbox mod and SAS - Home Depot dissappointment..

Well Hello Everyone!
Yesterday my SAS bar came at the same time as the Torque wrench and Wheel Wax from Tire Rack came. Pretty good timing!
So I am getting ready to do my initial airflow mods (just air box and TBT C along with silence remove) and semi-suspension (SAS and new rims/tires). I thought I would head over to the Homer Depot and pick up the PVC and sanding drum, along with the 'uprated' hardware pieces for the SAS.
No 'thin-walled' 3" PVC. I asked, and the guy said that he was pretty sure they did not carry this size. My other options was 4" and maybe 1.5"?! Bummer. I will have to try another place, but I probably will not get to it until next week, which is when I was planning on doing it in the first place.
Hopefully I will get to the bar tonight! I prepped it last night with some Blue Rustoleum (looks great!) - no primer... bad? Also sprayed the old bar with some PB Blaster. Only problem is today, that I am getting a popping noise back there. I hope it is just the bar loose, and not some other problem. I have 3/8" x 1 1/2" Grade 8 nuts and bolts to use. I found Loctite Blue as well (comes in a red container - odd?).
I should be doing it tonight if I get out of work soon enough! I have taking many pictures, and will post when ready. The rest of the work is for the mid to end of next week when I have time off.
Thanks everyone for the great info!
Sean
