Cooler running, better protection, possibly better fuel economy, reduced internal wear. You have an ideal situation to use AMSOIL and take advantage of the extended drain intervals.
I'd use AMSOIL 0w-30, and plan to change the AMSOIL oil filter at 12,500 miles (about 5 months for you). I'd change the oil filter again at 25,000, and the oil and filter at 35,000.
If that boggles your mind, try the AMSOIL 5W-30 or 10W-30 and change oil every 25,000 miles.
