Maybe you can. I have never done it, but I think R&R of the fuel pump is explained in the Haynes manual. You have to lower the fuel tank to get at the pump on the top of it. A tricky part is extracting the pump (which costs about $400). There is a special Saab tool for removing it that eeuroparts.com carries (check 'tools' under your car's listing); the tool costs aobut $100.
